Glow is a pair of unique and vibrant night 20km walks through the cities of London & Birmingham - and it is open to all abilities! 2023 is our biggest Glow event yet and we can’t wait! You can take part solo or as a team – bring along some lights and glowsticks and unite with others who want to help raise vital funds for people affected by mental health problems. Get your Glow on!
